A. Yes, we charge a $25.00 transfer fee plus shipping charges. (Back)

Q.I want to buy a gun online, can you transfer it for me?

A.In some cases yes. We will not transfer any gun that we have in stock or could otherwise order for you. We will however transfer older or hard to get, collectible or similar guns for a transfer fee. (Back)

Q.Someone told me that I have to have my gun registered, is this true?

A. There is no gun registration in the state of Indiana. (Back)

Q.If I buy a gun from your store and it does not work properly will you fix it?

A. Yes. We guarantee all of our guns to function properly. If you buy a gun and it does not function we will do whatever it takes to make it right at no additional cost to you. (Back)

A. No. Sorry, there are no returns on firearms. (Back)

Q. My gun was stolen and the Police say that I need the serial number in order to report it. Can you get it for me?

A. Maybe, if you bought the gun from us and you know the date that you made your purchase, we can find your original paperwork. We cannot find your serial number by name alone because the ATF requires us to file paperwork by date, not name.(Back)

Q.I want to sell my gun to a friend, what do I need to do?

A. You no longer have to complete a person to person transfer in order to sell a gun. However, we recommend that you at least make out a signed receipt, although it is not required. (Back)

Q.Do I need a permit to buy a gun?

A. No. If you do not have an Indiana handgun carry permit, then we will do a NICS instant background check on you after you buy the gun. This check can take anywhere from 5 minutes to 3 business days. After you have been approved you may take the gun home. (Back)

Q.How old do I need to be to purchase a gun?

A.You have to be at least 21 years old to purchase a handgun and at least 18 years old to purchase a long gun. (Back)

Q.I live out of state, can I buy a gun from your store?

A.You have to be an Indiana resident in order to purchase a handgun from our store. (Back)

Q.Are hollow tip bullets legal?

A. Yes. Not only are hollow point bullets legal, but they are probably the safest round to carry in your handgun. If you had to shoot an attacker, a hollow point bullet will be less likely to pass right through the body and hit someone else. (Back)

Q.I am 18 years old and have a handgun carry permit, how can I get a gun to carry before I turn 21?

A.If you are over 18 but not yet 21 years old, you cannot purchase a handgun. However, your parent or legal guardian can purchase one and give it to you to carry legally with a permit. The parent or guardian is responsible for the gun until you turn 21. (Back)
